with reference to the subject cited above, I am to inform that my children viz (1) Mr. Marjinglen Achom and (2) Miss Hirikhonbi Achom were enrolled for Byju's Live classes fro 9, 10 and 7, 8, 9 respectively. Took advance and not fulfilled the order

The company has visited our home as part of the campaign and took an advance amount of Rs.5000 for the course offered, but later informed we are not eligible for the sanctioning installment, so can't fulfill the admission but even after one month, they have not refunded the Rs.5000 recieved.
