Byju's The Learning App — Please requesting you to cancel and refund the Byju's product

I am Sk.Zuber Ahmed d/o Sk.Sharfaa, Khuddus Nagar, SPS Nellore District, (A.P). I have taken Byjus Product for daughter Sk.Sharfaa for better knowledge by using Byjus Online subscription. But i am absolutely dissatisfied with the course and services provided by Byjus. I have had terrible experience dealing with the Byjus mentors and staff. We are asking from 4 months for a cancellation but no response.

So, please requesting you consider the problem and help to cancel the product. They're not responding, they calling and telling, it will not cancel. Just keep the product. We cannot able to cancel. It our company rules. We keeping on mail to this address [protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com and hussain.[protected]@byjus.com. But no response.
