Byju's The Learning App Complaints & Reviews

I am Sk.Zuber Ahmed d/o Sk.Sharfaa, Khuddus Nagar, SPS Nellore District, (A.P). I have taken Byjus Product for daughter Sk.Sharfaa for better knowledge by using Byjus Online subscription. But i am absolutely dissatisfied with the course and services provided by Byjus. I have had terrible experience dealing with the Byjus mentors and staff. We are asking from 4 months for a cancellation but no response.

So, please requesting...

This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better....

The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked...

I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.....

A counsellor from byju's priyank joshi came to our house on 25 september 2018 and he told us about the course for the students we were impressed by that and he told me that if we bought the course it would be very helpful for my studies so my parents agreed for taking that course of class 8th, 9th and 10th. He told that it is a concession offer in j&k and cost only rs. 50, 000/- for three years and that if you don't want to continue just...

Please cancel the byjus application (Tnl[protected] dated.5.6.2018), refund the money (Rs. 5000) which was taken as advance by cheque & stop the emi which will start from august 2018 as early as possible.. When i informed this to byjus employee rohan chowdhury (Tnl[protected] he said that after delivery of tab it will be possible.. But i get no tab from them and he was not responding for this purpose.....
