This is regarding an order that I made on 8th May. I have follwed up with the brand ever since 8th may and it's been 10 days that I have not heard from anyone from the team.
It has been extremely inconvenient and feels disheartening when your hard earned money goes away like this. I don't know if this is a scam because their jumber does not exist, they don't reply on emails or Instagram DMs.
Please help me cancel this order and refund my money back, for I absolutely am not interested in buying stuff from an unresponsive brand like this.
My order is 17905.
