I have ordered from car 3 shirts of 2000 and haven't received any product. they are not responding to anything. Fake company

I ordered 4 shirts from the website. When I try to find about my delivery date then I try connecting with them on instagram, whatsapp, email. But there was no response from Caaraa. I am writing this after 1 week from my prepaid order date.

My order is not received? Why, are you fraud last time I ordered by cod you delivered it asap but now these time I ordered by pre paid, so you not even reply of mails and also there was not a single email of shipping order...

This company is completely fraud . I paid 1998 rs though I received my order but they will never respond for your return request. I am actually glad that atleast I received the product. I would do charity these short to streets beggars . So you can imagine the quality of the product I received

I recently placed an prepaid order in CAARA.com as soon as I placed my order an invoice is sent and I received an confirmation mail. And in two days I'm trying to reach their customer support to know how it's going and there is no reply in mail, Instagram and whatsapp. And I found out that they are scammers.

I purchased 3 shirts from Caaraa and prepaid in full on the 6th of October 2023 with ₹1598. They sent a confirmation email stating they will norify me when they ship my order. Since then I sent an email on 13th and 16th October 2023 enquiring about the whereabouts of my order and got no response. I even sent a message to their Instagram page but got no response. Some days latwe their online store was removed and I could not get any information. Now the shop is up again but if I go from my email to visit the atore it says the page does not exist. I have been reaching out since but the lack of response from their site isn't helping. I need a refund of my money.

Got the product delivered few days back, unable to get in touch with them

I recently placed an order on their website. Every brand sends you shipping details and tracking id within days but currently, I am on day 8 without any information about my orders from the brand. I have sent them multiple emails and called them repeatedly, but they haven't responded. I got suspicious and googled them when I found so many complaints against this brand. There are people still waiting for their orders. I am really hoping to get some help to get a refund from this brand because they either don't deliver or they deliver subpar products apparently.

I'm disappointed with the shirt I received from www.caaraa.in. The stitching is subpar, the material is uncomfortable, and the print doesn't match the picture. I expect a prompt resolution, either a refund or a replacement.

I want to return the shirt i bought for caaraa the shirt was of extremely poor quality and looking too ugly i want to return it and want refund

Please help me to return these products and refund my money back, for I absolutely am not interested in buying stuff from an unresponsive brand like this.

I ordered 2 shirts from Caaraa"s website on 8th May and I have not heard from them till now. It has been a tiring journey of 10 days of follow-up with the brand but to no success.

My order no is 17905.

I have done evrything in my capacity to contacr them. Their mobile number does not exist and their email address "[protected]@gmail.com", there has been no response to my emails ever.

Please help me get my money back. I am sure to purchase anything from such a brand.

I got fake poor quality shirts that did not match the website photos at all. The company has a 7 day refund policy but are not replying to my messages or emails. I have been cheated and my money is gone.

I received the product (Shirt) but unfortunately the size is bit tight. I would like to exchange with 'L' size but there's no way to contact the company except mail, I've sent couple of mails but there is no response from the company. There's no way to contact them.

We had placed an order for a shirt from CAARA'S and the order no issued was C1026 on 5th December and still the order is not delivered. We sent a follow up mail on carraa.[protected]@gmail.com but there is no response and the website is disabled.

I ordered 3 products from this website. I have received them but the products are different from what is shown on the website. Even the quality of the product is very low. I want to return them for that I have written an email to them but there is no reply from their side.

Prepaid order of 3 shirts nit received even after 40 days.
Placed on e1st July, reminder 1 on 8th August, reminder 2 on 11th September.
No reply on emails or Instagram. I don't know what to do next

I ordered 3 shirts form CAARAA and it was a prepaid order. They are not returning my e-mails and it's been a month.

Caaraa is a fraud company. They won't deliver your products if you've prepaid for it. Orders placed with COD payment option get delivered but the products are different from pictures shown on their website.

The customer service is the worst. There's no way to contact them.

Neither they have shared the delivery update not they have shared any complaint status, which I have raised at caaraa.[protected]@gmail.com.

I ordered from caaraa.com and he product I ordered was completely different from what I received. They don't respong to mails texts or calls not on instagram too. the company is fake and fraud....
