Cable Operator — cable operator not responding to activate my siti digital setup box

My siti cable operator can't activate my cable in dis area and he is not responding.. So many times we r calling but he didn't answer my phone and he can't activate the channel.. We r facing the problem with dis siti digital cable operator.. Plz resolve my issue.. Cable operator name is chilukuri madhu... Chinthal area... He is unavailable to since 3months.. Y r u giving setup box to me.. Otherwise memu dish petinchukunevallam kadha meeru siti digital cable operator manage cheyalenaphdu.
