Sir maine dtd. 03.03.2019 ko march-2019 ke liye siti app ke through package channel select karke free channels and 20 paid channels ke liye online payment rs. 350.81/-ki thi.
Lekin payment kerne ke baad bhi dtd. 03/3/2019 se 11/3/2019 tak hamara cable bund raha tha.
Bahut complaint kerne ke baad dtd. 12/3/2019 ko channel activate kiye the. (Copy enclosed).

Worse cable experience ever.. This company either should ban or improve their services it shows channel rest all the days have some or more issues either error 200 or other..
If we complaint they said ma'am we resolve your problem within 24 hours.. They are so lazy and slow.. They almost take 7 or more to solve the problem and only if we again and again call them.. As if we don't have any work to do.. I already filed complain dated...

As i have rechaged 153 rupees, all free to air channel is coming, but dd sports not coming as dd sports is a free to air. As i asked to cable operator for this, he told it's suprimcourt order to not telecast dd sports while it is on live cricket. I want to know is it a trai guideline or sc order to not telecast dd sports at time of live india matchs?

Please not that my cable operator - OM Cable transmitting Siti cable transmission is saying that I have to pay Rs.20/- extra for enjoying more than 20nos of pay channel as per the latest revised cable charge as decided by TRAI.

For example if I opt for Zee Bangla Value Pack & Star Bangla Value Pack, my calculation is as follws as per the rate fixed by TRAI

For 100 free channels - Rs.130/=

I have been facing cable issue from 31st october from siti digital network and there is no response from the side of cable operators highly irresponsible. Daily i need to call and inform on the helpline number to customer care. I want my problem to be solved as quickly as possible already i waited long. If they can't resolve this problem simply refund my money. The following are my details.

Hi, this is Priyanka Verma. 5th feb 2015 i got a new connection of siti cable in bb265 sector 1 salt lake kolkata 64. During the time of purchase, the company asked me deposit of nearly Rs. 1500/- and assured to refund the whole amount at the time the returning the set top box. Today[protected]i called them to return the product.One person named Mr. Anuram came to my place saying that only RS. 200/- will be refunded giving some lame excuses...

I am unable to pay siti cable through online mode, saying my vc number is invalid . eventhough i entered correct number 11 digits.
After 11 digits -5 given, someone saying that they are using single vc number with hypen(-) and "N" numer of connections in the single vc card

I have installed Siti cable service around one year back since then I’m complaining about the cable box as I have noticed spark in the box . The service guy has visited and changed the box but the problem continues I have shared him the video multiple times but there is no resolution . Few days back my television broke down due to continuous spark from the box and I have to pay for my television to get it resolved . Since then I have raised the complaint near 1 month to return the pro and revert security deposit but service guy is deducting 50% of the security deposit even though he didn’t resolve my issue at all and now I want to return the product and get my full sec deposit . As I’m not getting help from local dealer, I’m writing this to highlight this matter in this forum . Hoping for quick resolution.

I had recharged my Siti cable online. The transaction was successful. This transaction was done on 30th April 2023 at 12pm afternoon. But still the card is deactivated and it shows message as 140.

I have mailed the customer care multiple times and called them. They did even respond properly.

Hello my name is natwar lal and i have connection in Siti network which is not working properly since 22/03/2023 i connected with local cable operator also local cable operator says we can not help you any and said that you have to pass my complaint to me, we do not care, and I was also told that Sir, your appointment is not working properly from 22nd, so we can extend your date. Will give but till now nothing like this has happened and my recharge is also finished in today's date.
