I am unable to pay siti cable through online mode, saying my vc number is invalid . eventhough i entered correct number 11 digits.
After 11 digits -5 given, someone saying that they are using single vc number with hypen(-) and "N" numer of connections in the single vc card

I have installed Siti cable service around one year back since then I’m complaining about the cable box as I have noticed spark in the box . The service guy has visited and changed the box but the problem continues I have shared him the video multiple times but there is no resolution . Few days back my television broke down due to continuous spark from the box and I have to pay for my television to get it resolved . Since then I have raised the complaint near 1 month to return the pro and revert security deposit but service guy is deducting 50% of the security deposit even though he didn’t resolve my issue at all and now I want to return the product and get my full sec deposit . As I’m not getting help from local dealer, I’m writing this to highlight this matter in this forum . Hoping for quick resolution.

I had recharged my Siti cable online. The transaction was successful. This transaction was done on 30th April 2023 at 12pm afternoon. But still the card is deactivated and it shows message as 140.

I have mailed the customer care multiple times and called them. They did even respond properly.

Requesting you to please look into this.

Hello my name is natwar lal and i have connection in Siti network which is not working properly since 22/03/2023 i connected with local cable operator also local cable operator says we can not help you any and said that you have to pass my complaint to me, we do not care, and I was also told that Sir, your appointment is not working properly from 22nd, so we can extend your date. When i am trying to login Error! -1005 show - Due to pending reconciliation issues between LCO’s and customers, access to our website and app has been restricted which will be available once the said issues are resolved. Till such time kindly contact your Local Cable Operator for your queries and payment.

My name Deva Singh There is only one cable operator in my area who provides service, but having only one operator, B.R. Cable service is bad, I have taken wifi connection from my plan from BR cable but some days there is problem of speed, sometimes wifi disconnects or all happens in 1 or 2 days or if someone calls Does not respond or solves the problem, instead of solving it, keeps on giving time on time.

I request to consumer care take the action and provide one or more then operaters

Its been pathetic here in baruipur kolkata.we are unable to watch tv regularly as it gets stuck again and again.Person from local provider comes and fixes.That too for a day or two.This type of service is not accepted.Webare regularly facing this kind of issue.Its not possible to call to the number and complain.There should be a permanent solution for this.If it doesnt happen then I would be bound to share it in social media.

Today while I was riding scooty I met with an accident as a cable wire got stuck to my neck and by the time I applied break the cable wire broke from the other end and it entire wire had a forceful friction against my neck before it could fall on the ground ... I am severely injured ... I can barely eat or sleep or move my neck ...The pain is unbearable...Kindly look into the matter !!

I paid 250 rupees to my cable operator to recharge my set-top box for bengali channel like z-bangla, colors bangla & star jalsa. but he did not subscribe these channels . he subscribe wrong channels . when i request my LCO to solve this issue he warn me & misbehave badly. so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
one months ago when i recharge my set-top box through Quick-Recharge from siti cable networks website the LCO cut my connection & i have to pay 100 rupees extra charges without any reason to repair my connection.
& he misbehave me very badly.
so, please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Customer care operators are very rude. they are not behaving good to customer. wo beech me he phone cut kr dete hai. upar se Issue bhi resolve ni hota. very disappointed

The video and audio both are not working. We have complained the operator lot of times. Even he could not resolve.

Mera tv ke upar ek kala spot aa gaya 1 sal se maine tv repair walo ko dikhaya wo log bole apka tv thik hai lekin siti cable ki box se barbar aisa hota hai, kabhi kabhi color thik se ata hai aur kabhi kabhi pura dull black spot dikhta hai upar ke hisse me, bohut faltu cable operator hai siti cable isse ghatiya service maine ajtak nahi dekha kisike tv pe spot aa jati aur phir thik ho jata hai aur phir aa jata hai .so much irritating

They took money from me for router but since then Nobody is responding.
