Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Not removing transformer from my main gate

Dear sir/Madam
Myself Modan Mohan Chatterjee and live at 24 satchasi para lane, cossipore, Kolkata 700036. New setup cesc transformer sitting beside my main gate without my absence. I am neuro patient and have little girl. I already did objection into same matter in shyambazar district office.but till now not response. And north district engineer and north deputy manager also didn't response. I want remove this transformer from this place because My infront place so small and I will do a shop in same place. I am jobless please consider my request. And not have save & safety also. Please necessary action in same reason.
