Rs 980 payment debited but got payment failed for my customer id 58000252310

This is the repeated incident for cesc website payment server. Rs 980 payment done through SMS link of cesc payment. It navigates to cesc website and made payment through phonepe apps. It debited from my bank account but it shows payment failed. Also not updated into cesc latest payment status.
Kindly update my payment or refund it as the earliest....

Rs 1520 payment done via phonepe but transaction got failed

I have made cesc payment via their official site using UPI Phonepe. Phonepe got deducted my Rs 1520 but Cesc status failed. Kindly refund money or adjust my payment with cesc.

Meter not working and absurd bill

Address: 11/75 BAISHNABPARA 1ST LANE (MAHESH)

My name is Jharna Biswas on the month of May I received a bill of 11110 which was very absurd because we don't get such high bill. I went to check the meter box and found that the meter display was not working. I complained to Cesc and they said the meter reading person was not able to see the reading so he has noted an approx. reading.
which is very un ethical, then I docket a complaint for meter not working and excessive bill...

But actual reading taken by me on 29/08/[protected].
Difference of reading= 79 units. which was not billed.
Effect I will fall in higher slab on the coming month i.e August 2024 due to faulty reading taken by your side.

    Cesc intentionally putting phase down for seconds minitues and even for hours for no reason even after complaining they just say local network issues, they charge big and continue this notoriety since 2019, [protected] this is latest complaint for which they put the power down unless i talk to them, they are doing this with connecting local theaves and thugs, our area sodepur wb kol 700114 panihati near gurunanak eng college, thousands of complaints but this tantrums running, cesc consumer no [protected] and [protected], check them

        High bill send this time

        Cesc has sent me a excessive bill which is beyond my average bill I have already complained on cesc complain box where I don't get any resolution...

            Dear Sir,
            I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the issue of constant voltage fluctuations in my area. I reside at Dey Bagan, Serampore -712201, and for the past few months, I have been experiencing constant voltage fluctuations from 5 pm to 3-4 am daily. These fluctuations are causing a lot of inconvenience to me and the entire neighbourhood.
            The voltage fluctuations are not only affecting our daily routine but also damaging our electrical appliances. We have already experienced the damage caused to all our light and heavy electrical appliances due to the sudden voltage fluctuations. We have also noticed that the voltage drops significantly during peak hours i.e., from evening 5 pm to late midnight 3-4 am, making it difficult to carry out simple tasks, especially in this hot and humid weather.
            We request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue. We believe that this problem is not limited to my house alone but is also affecting several households in the surrounding areas. Therefore, I urge you to investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure a stable power supply in our area.

              We have been suffering from the issues of power cuts and voltage fluctuations since April 2023 which is still continuing 15th June, 2023. As I am writing this complaint down, we are facing power cuts. Our elderly parents are getting sick because of such heat. We have been complaining about voltage fluctuation problem since 12th April 2023 and CESC is yet to solve it. They did not even came to look into the matter or tried to contact us. I have lost two well-working ceiling fans due to this. As well as I am also losing some important medicines which has to refrigerated but due to power cuts even that has become impossible as well. We cannot sleep well at nights and it has been going on for months without any proper solution.

                In 1995 some members of CESC Had taken money and A man named Jay Prasad Mishra was nominated for the job and currently in 2023 he was doing his job but he was not well qualified, the education & exam tests which was taken for the job but he had given no Exams and no jobs and he was not well educated please take action against him or either I have to make a legal complaint against him and our company that your company had given him job by taking money and now he was not taking against him please take action against him as soon as possible

                    Hi,

                    CESC which had extremely good customer service and attended to every customer problem, no matter the scale, is now a shadow of its former self. Almost the entirety of Kolkata has been facing the wrath of load shedding and low voltage problems for the last 10 days.

                    Now, whenever we try to call the customer case either they give a shoddy docket number, which is never acted upon, or in most of the cases, the line gets disconnected halfway through the call.

                    Why is that CESC, which boasts of such good service and that takes so much money (amongst the highest chargers of electricity in the country) have so downtrodden infrastructure that does not work even at the slightest hint of overloading? Is it, not their responsibility to look after issues like these? The irony is CESC cannot supply electricity properly and they keep advertising about high-end Electronic Vehicle charging services!

                      I had raised a docket number on 10/05/23. Docket no-[protected]. But no person visited the premises. The customer care service is the worst. They hang up the phone or give the same excuse that person will visit your premises very soon. I even mailed to cesc.[protected]@rp-sg.in on 11 th May 2023 but no revert mail nor call was received. It is as if we are knocking on closed doors. They need timely bill payment or else they disconnect the supply but during requirement the company turns a blind eye to customer problems.

                        I am really fed up with cesc service. One hand only as and display is given that cesc service is going wonderful...but in reality it's totally ###...
                        I have been giving complaints regarding my low voltage problem for the last few months ..but still the problem is continuing without any action from cesc .. I stay in behala rabindranagar and I m facing it right now also ..fan is just running in 5 but it seems only running in 3 .. very low voltage... What is the use of AC when u can't run it ? If my electric equipments damages due to the poor voltage supply then will CESC take the responsibility of changing it..???

                        No proper response from cesc till now...even there is no CUSTOMER CARE in proper. Only IVRS is not the solution..they should also hear our voice. .
                        Last 2 months it's horrible.
                        If any HELP thru THIS WEBSITE it will be a great relief...

                            Hi i’m debabrata . I live in Purba Sinthee Cross Road KoL 700030. We are facing voltage fluctuations day and night everyday from past 2 months. And this is starting to get out of hands as they are not trying to resolve this issue. Every month we are paying hefty amount of bills to avail their services and this is what we get. Not at all accepted. This issue must be resolved as i don't wanna admit my patient due to the heat because you guys at cesc can't resolve the problem going on from past 2 months. Registering complaints won’t help with the fluctuations. Solving the issue in your system and grid will.

                              Sir,
                              We are facing supply off for almost every alternative day in 700079 area for almost 7hrs at a stretch. Today, i.e. on 31st may 2023, supply gone for only one particular building and no technical team visited the site inspite of repeated calls from the area localities.
                              Calls to customer executives were disconnected deliberately without addressing the issue. This kind of deteriorated service from cesc is not tolerable. Moreover no emergency numbers are available in cesc site in case of any emergency situations like fire outbreak etc. All the number are either not working or nor responding. Toll free number executives are not addressing the complaint properly. No technical team arrived even after several hrs of complaint

                                My electricity meter No.[protected] was burnt as per inspection by your representative vide my complaint lodged with your office on 26th April, 2023.
                                As per your request I have paid Rs.1235.00 for the Burnt meter bill as called for on 26th April, 2023 through your online portal and on the same day a new meter was installed.
                                May I know under what ground I was told to pay for the burnt meter with no fault o[censored]s.
                                If there is no fault of the consumer why the amount is not adjusted in the bill dated 16th May, 2023 issued to me.
                                I, therefore, request your goodself to look into the matter and justice may be shown.
