From last 1:30 mins there no power supply in a particular service line. CESC team have visited once but they cant resolve the issue.

    My CESC electricity bill continuously high in every month earlier I have lodged compliant ref no 1912 but no action taken. Consumer no [protected] previous month February 2021 bill was 3040/- this march 21 month bill I received Rs 3830/- I am worried because it is increasing higher in every month because..my consumptions of electricity are limited even earlier I have not received such types of higher bill..but I noticed since 5 months it has been increasing high.it is not possible to me to pay high bill amount in every month. there is some fault in electricity bill kindly rectify the bill at the earliest so that I could pay an idea amount

      Last couple our place meter reading are not happing and sending the huge amount electricity bill but our consumpation of electricity was very low kindly check the issue ASAP

          I am having Consumer ID [protected]. In the Bill for the month of May2020, payable in July I had fully paid the bill amount of Rs9720/-for 1026 units and nothing was kept in abeyance. In subsequent bills however on the back of the bill it is being shown that I was charged for 496 Units only and charges for 530 Units were kept in abeyance, which is wrong and every month i am paying an additional amount of Rs 540/-.
          Kindly ensure that extra payments already made are adjusted in the next bill and there should be no such addition in the subsequent bills.

              Dear Sir,
              Respectfully, I would like to bring to your kind notice that your employees/agent came to my premises & talked to us roughly regarding lack of sufficient space and went hurriedly within one/two minutes without doing anything/any work.
              I have paid Rs.2000/- as per your bill.

              It may also be intimate to you that previously, the present meter was installed by your employee/agent without speaking anything.in the same space and location.

              Now, your present team was not co-operative. Now, I am requesting that you please send your team at the earliest to upgrade the meter.

              I have also received a message from your end and also status of application in your website, it was found that 'Our team would visit your premise on 22/03/2021 and upgrade your meter, to enable you to use the Air-Conditioner(s).'
              In the situation, you are requested to send your team again for the said work
