[Resolved]  Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Rs 980 payment debited but got payment failed for my customer id [protected]

This is the repeated incident for cesc website payment server. Rs 980 payment done through SMS link of cesc payment. It navigates to cesc website and made payment through phonepe apps. It debited from my bank account but it shows payment failed. Also not updated into cesc latest payment status.
Kindly update my payment or refund it as the earliest.
