Calicut University — defect memo

Sir,
I am jil m james (Stapbca025) studied bca at st mary's college thrissur (Affiliated to calicut university. I applied for the original degree certificate but it's not received yet. They had send a memo regarding the defects in application memo (Ref. Es xiii-3 32755 - on 20/03/2019 and i personally went there on and rectified it. It's been 9 months now that i had applied. And there is no response from the university regarding the original certificate.
Please do make necessary arrangements for the same
