I had applied for the degree cirtificate in urgent mode on 21/08/2019 and didnt reach me till now.

Please resolve my issue at the earliest.
Im facing a ot of trouble while applying for jobs. Lost my money by applying through urgent mode. Please do find any way to reach my cirtificate as early as possible.
