Calicut University — Didn't send a copy of B.Tech Consolidated Mark sheet to WES in a sealed envelope.

I submitted the application with all documents and fees (Chalan) to send a copy of my B.Tech Consolidated Mark sheet to WES in a sealed envelope on 5th March 2021. Until now they didn't get the mark sheet. The status is showing waiting for the document from University. I would like to know the status.
