Calicut University — I did not get my original degree certificate

I'm noshin k. P. I studied b.com in christ college irinjalakuda distance. I applied 3 times for certificate. Last i have applied on 02.07.2018. It's been 9 months. I want to submit it for job purpose. My registration no. Is ccanbs0434. I didnt get any updates till now on getting certificate. I have attached the application challan also with this request.
