Calicut University — issue of transcript

I had applied for b. Tech transcript. I got a call from university on july17th saying that transcript hard copy cannot be sent to personal address. Since the required organisation is in uk i paid the online fee in a separate chalan and sent a mail to [protected]@uoc.ac.in.

The deadline for the requirement is over and the request is not processed. I opened a ticket in the official website https://support.uoc.ac.in/ on august 11th which is still not resolved till this date. I would like to know whether the transcript is issued
