Calicut University — Non receipt of Official Transcript

I have applied for my Official Transcript in September 2021 and was sent by Registered post to the University as informed by the University due to present Covid situation.
But it's been three months and there has been no response from the University.
Such inordinate delay will severely impact the career prospects of candidates .
Kindly resolve the issue immediately
