Calicut University — Not get back the grade and provisional certificate after correction

I have send bcom[protected]sde grade Card for correction on 9/9/2020.it has been reached there by11/9/2020 but it does not get back till now I have applied for provisional certificate too.25/9/2020 I have gone to university and give a fine of 525
But certificate did not get back to me
