Hi sir,

Greetings for the day!

Myself binoy krishnan (Reg number: otahbp0629), i'm trying to apply for my original degree certificate but unfortunately i'm getting an error of 'invalid register number'. Previously i had tried to apply with the same register number and i was getting an error as 'course not completed'. Kindly help let me know how can i fix this issue and proceed applying for the certificate online. Please find the provision certificate attached. Thanks for your kind support in advance.
