I am a final year BBA student from Wayanad. Last Tuesday, I tried to apply for the first semester revaluation through uoc portal. And got an error message saying "transaction failed". But the amount of Rs.1365 (which is for 2 subject's revaluation application) has been debited from my Canara Bank account so I checked the website and I got notified that if the transaction is failed and the amount has been debited, the amount will be refunded after some business days and today is the fourth day of my waiting. The amount still hasn't been credited to my account. I want my money back and some explanations for this. I've tried to contact uoc by calling their landline several times but no one responded.
