Calicut University — ug grade card sent for update but not updated and returned.

The grade card was mailed to the university on 27/7/2020 for renewal. Documents delivered there on 5/8/2020 have not yet been received. Due to the need to present for pg admission proceedings, when i called the university to inquire about the documents, i got an irresponsible reply that i did not know if they were there and would leave if i got them. Lack of accountability and slowness in university activities are an obstacle to future learning.
