Calicut University — Wes canada certificate

I have send the certificates to calicut university on 1st March 2021 for wes canada application.
Till today 15 September 2021 nothing is done.
Its very hard to connect with the people in the customer service department on call. When its connected they behave in an irresponsible way and delays with many reasons. Will ask to call next day. When i cal next day someone else will answer the call and have to explain complete story again. Nothing is happneing because of these irresponsible staffs.
