I am a vodafone prepaid customer and on 30th August 2022 at 11:40 am IST I got a message from 54300 stating that my caller tune is activated and charged 66.00 rupees. This was activated without my knowledge and I haven't requested for any caller tune activation. Customer care said "You confirmed the caller tune by pressing 0 or 1. We don't have logs, you need to visit near store". My number is[protected] The similar issues happened with my other vodafone number also multiple times when one or other services were activated without consent.
