I am a vodafone prepaid customer and on 30th August 2022 at 11:40 am IST I got a message from 54300 stating that my caller tune is activated and charged 66.00 rupees. This was activated without my knowledge and I haven't requested for any caller tune activation. Customer care said "You confirmed the caller tune by pressing 0 or 1. VODAFONE CALLER TUNES ARE CHEATING AND FRAUD TO A CUSTOMER

My name is irfan and iam a vodafone customer since for a six months today i got a call from vodafone callertunes No. [protected] and they offer me some callertunes to activate. but my opinion is not to activate this songs and not not press any option from the call. But i will activate callertune how is it.

Hence the vodafone callertune service is Froud and cheating...
