After i received call from customercare regarding discount of 20+10 %, i placed order on 20/01/2018 for more than rs 2100 and after discount the invoice amount was approximately rs 1749. I got discount of 20% only eventhough i crossed their target of rs 2000 order. Now they says discount will be applicable if the invoice amount is above rs 2000 after discount. When i argued with them for remaining 10% discount, they says the discount is from 26/01/2018. This way they are misguiding the customer. They have closed ticket no 4840 without resolving my issue.
