Camara Bank.. Mg Rd. Pune — refund never processed

Purchased a doll on amazon.16dec 2019. Which i did not receive. Hence. Amazon processed the refund since 12 thjan 2020 to my debit card.. Of camara bank. Waiting period was 5 working days for payment to be processed and reflect in my account. It's been over 13 days the amount does not reflect in my account. Please look into this matter as the banks customer service and branch office are unable to help.. As per amazon they have processed payment.. On visiting the bank in person.. The bank says they can't find the refund.. It's not reflecting in my account.! So where is the refund amount???
