I had taken a loan from the zest money app and was paying on or sometimes before time but on 06-aug-2020 i got these messages "to transfer sbi charge for failed mandate transaction camden town technology" charged this amount - 295.00/-, i called up the customer care and they said, "sir, this amount is charged by sbi not us and that is for the failed transaction on an auto-debit facility to us". I told them that i had paid their due amount on 2nd aug then why you people submitted auto charge for sbi, and they said "sir we normally send those auto charge form before 5 days from due date" i was like what the hell? When i'm paying before due date! And you're charging for paying before??? And they said "sir if you don't want this to happen then pay before 6 days from due date!" and i said then why to state due date? Instead state the date before 5 days! They want us to pay fine even though i paid them before date. I told them at least you could have stopped the auto debit or they could have denied the amount which i paid online on 2nd august! They did both!!! They made me to pay and they given auto debit form too so ultimate looser is customer!!
