Zest sent the Fake Agreement and Charge Money on No cost EMi. I bought a mobile phone from flipkart on that time a choice zestmoney no cost emi option, zestmoney team sent the agreement where they clearly mention the Intrest amt will be in cashback scheme which is already share in this complain at last, zest team provide me the 1st cashback on 19 dec 2021 Amt Rs.339, after that i logged a complaint againt i am not getting the 2nd cashback...

My emi due date is on February 5th. But an amount of Rs.118 has been debited from my account on 21st January in the name of INW MANDATE CHG CAMDEN TOWN TECHNOLOGIES. I need to know the reason for the amount debited. I’m attaching the bank statement and loan details for your reference.Please provide me refund ASAP. Please make sure that this should not happen again....

I had taken a loan from the zest money app and was paying on or sometimes before time but on 06-aug-2020 i got these messages "to transfer sbi charge for failed mandate transaction camden town technology" charged this amount - 295.00/-, i called up the customer care and they said, "sir, this amount is charged by sbi not us and that is for the failed transaction on an auto-debit facility to us". I told them that i had paid their due amount...
