Hi, recently I purchased a jacket for 1127 Rs from campus sutra. But I want to return or exchange it, coz of some size issue. I mailed them and next I received a mail that they were trying to reach me via call but I couldn't pickup that call as I was stucked in traffic. Later on I tried many times calling them but it was continuous busy and later on came to know that they had blocked my number. I tried from another number and they received but after hearing my voice, they disconnected. And again next day I got a mail in which they mentioned a number to connect them but this one is also continuous busy. Seriously, I don't know why they are doing such type of work, why they can't be genuine to their customers. Was this information helpful? |
