Its been 6 days since I have returned a product and after a day later your delivery man calls me and says me sir your order will be delivered on 14jan 2023, then it did not came that day, and then he says it will be delivered on 15th and when I call him back he is saying me that the product is with him and he has some personal work and now he is gonna deliver it tommorow and after that nothing they aren't bringing my product i swear i m gonna complain about this

Campusutra told in their refund policy that they haven't reverse pickup facility. So I returned the order as per mentioned address by speed post and also mail them. I tried many times to call them but they didn't get any response. It's already more than 15 days but I didn't receive any call or mail from them

Hi, recently I purchased a jacket for 1127 Rs from campus sutra. But I want to return or exchange it, coz of some size issue. I mailed them and next I received a mail that they were trying to reach me via call but I couldn't pickup that call as I was stucked in traffic. Later on I tried many times calling them but it was continuous busy and later on came to know that they had blocked my number. I tried from another number and they received but after hearing my voice, they disconnected. And again next day I got a mail in which they mentioned a number to connect them but this one is also continuous busy. Seriously, I don't know why they are doing such type of work, why they can't be genuine to their customers.

I 0rdered a sweater from their online site on google for rs 854 on 17 dec, 2022 and i prepaid to them but they cancelled my order and did not even refund ...i am already waiting for their response..i mailed them but no response and there also is no means to contact them..this is absolute rubbish

I have ordered a product from Campus Sutra online three weeks before and done the payment for the same via online. But the product hasn't been delivered even after three weeks. And I hadn't got any information or notifications for the reason for the delay of the delivery of the product from Campus Sutra company.
Please take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to make the delivery fast as possible.

I have paid money for my clothes to these guys, but i have not recived ant product yet.even i have dropped so many calls and messages to them, but no one replies.

I hereby request you to take strict action against fraud people like these guys.

I have purchased 1 hoodie from Campus Sutra online on 26th Nov'16 and requested for cancellation on 30 Nov'16 as I didn't get any communication for delivery. I am continuously calling them on their customer care number and Emailing them to refund my Money. I got the product on 5th Dec'16 even after cancellation request.

I am not at all satisfied with the quality of product as well. I have marked them several emails and also tried to contact through their helpline number [protected] in office hrs. I didn't get any revert on this. I want my money back.

Next day i received a call saying as its out of stock i'll be refunded the money i've paid.

Its been 5 days since then and i haven't received the money. they gave me a screenshot stating that they have taken the initiative to refund the amount (please find attachment).

If it was banks fault then i would have contacted bank but as this company hasn't provided me with the transaction reference number of the refund process, i feel cheated.

Please help me resolve the issue.
