This is Rajasekhar, I would like bring very atrocious situation which I faced with CANFIN BANK.

I planned to buy a below mentioned resale flat from G. Devi Singh.
Flat:202
Venkateshwar towers,
Opp jaihind Complex,
Near Andhra bank
Manikonda,
Hyderabad Pincode:500089,

When discussions happening, That Flat owner said go for House loan to CANFIN BANK, and said, even he taken loan from there when purchasing previously that House. And given one person phone number and his name is Dastta Giri.

I thought it’s a good suggestion and everything they know about apartment so it’s easy to process loan.

So I called him to discuss loan process, when we met he said his is employ of CANFIN BANK, will process the loan with 0.75 processing fee and 8.5 interest rate.

Lastly, he took 0.75 Interest and processed loan and suppose to handover check at the registration office. And I paid challan for registration, and prepared all documents from document writer

Then we went for registration at the last minute came to know there was some dispute on apartment and legal stay to hold the registration.
So immediately told to dastta Giri to hold loan and go for further proceeding, What happened the immediate next at morning around 6:15 they deducted first EMI from My account

Then I went to bank and asked how do you process EMI, when loan was sanction 12th (middle of month) Normally the EMI will start next month. But No proper answer and said this is our bank processes.

I requested to refund EMI and processing fee, they said don’t possible to give processing fee and EMI will be given but deduction of interest rate.

I asked How you processed and start EMI without handover check to Vendor, No answer from bank people and canfin bank customer person also name called Bagchi he was tried to convince me in other way like when I go for next time will process without money. I said give written mail for proof because I don’t when I go for purchase for flat next time. He said written mail is not possible.

So request you to assist on refund of my processing fee and interest rate took from EMI.

When registration canceled due to some legal stay order, I immediately informed Dasta Giri to hold the loan.
But How they deducted EMI (Next Day Morning at 6:15)?

No Proper Answer from Dasta Giri and Nampally Branch CANFIN BANK Manager.

Afterwards, I went to CANFIN BANK, I asked manager, Sir you said Proper technical and legal verification done from advocate.

But When registration canceled came to know there was some legal stay order from court and which was put up so many years back..!

Why you didn’t find obtain details? so Have you done proper verification?

Manager said, even took EC and Advocate assistance but not find these details?

So in this case, whose mistake is this?

As CANFIN BANK Released loan, I went for challan also, so there I was lost cancellation fee also.

Then I asked please refund my processing fee and interest rate which was taken from first EMI.

Manager said, don’t make here seen and don’t show your frustration here..

I told, sir I already lost much money due to this incident and requesting Processing fee as your guys did mistakes.

1) Legal verification failed.

2) Without handover check to Vendor, How started EMI deduction?

3) How you charge separately Money for Processing fee + Technical verification + legal verification ?

Finally I lost below amount from CANFIN BANK people (Dasta Giri, Hyderabad Nampally Manager, )

Interest rate from first EMI (2000+) + Processing fee (0.75%) + Technical verification (2500) + legal verification (1500) + Other chargers taken when met in bank dasta Giri (1300)

Finally I complained Mr Bagchi, He accepted mistake done from their end, In general if processed loan middle of month loan will start from next month.

However this was done immediately
.

I said, will look for justice in other way such as consumer court or RBI complaint, then he said Dasta Giri is not their (CANFIN ) employee . so you can for anything...

So he said will exclude processing fee amount Next time when going to buy any flat. I asked written mail.but he said not possible.

    Not reducing rate of interest of my home loan

    I have a home loan from CanFin Home Loans Ltd - Kanakapura Branch. As per recent guidelines from RBI rate of interest needs to be reduced. For that we have contacted branch and paid 0.5% of my home loan amount (17250Rs) as processing fee to reduce rate of interest from 9.7 to 8.95.     This bank increase the interest as soon as rbi increase and if rbi decrease they don't do any thing u have to take two days leave go to their branch give letter and provide the processing fees what ever they ask and it mau or may not decrease, in case decrease it takes 3 month to get new interest i[censored] want to decrease... I am not happy with this bank process and service.

      ECS getting debited even after doing the full payment to the loan account and the bank respresentative (Kavya) is very negligent about their duties and resposibilities. Very rarely this person will attend the call and even after attending the call, she wont do any valuable check or work for the customer.
      Very irresponsible people at the front desk.

      Have done the full closure amount on 3rd of May 2017 and my account is showing -4K plus as balance. even then the lady Kavya is not ready to remove the ECS for my account. Reminded the team multiple time and i got the confirmation that the ECS is removed and after then on 12th of may since i received the ecs deduction notification (which asked me to keep the sufficient account balance), i did called up to Kavya and she said she will check it. But no action been taken and the ECS got deducted on 15th.

      This happened because you have an irresponsible people at the helpdesk who does the negligent work. Especially Kavya. She does not know how to speak to customers correctly. Since it is the mistake from you, and since the bank is holding my money, i should be getting interest on it. And i was asked to come and collect the cheque for the refund. I value for my time and i dont want to fight back for my rights. since the amount is deducted from my account with bank's mistake, request to credit it back to my account with interest (for the days you are holding it).

        Dear sir,

        We are getting some problem regarding disbursed rest of amount (3, 00, 000).

        Two month past away to connect with branch-can fin homes ltd-ncr-greater noida branch. But not release the rest amount. Whenever we visit branch they says we need inspection. But till two month has gone but they not complete their inspection. Our constriction on hold.

        So kindly request please do some acation regarding disbursed rest of amount (3, 00, 000).

          I have a home loan account in faridabd branch with floating roi. Initially it was with roi 10.95. After reduction in roi as per rbi guidlines, i have approached canfin homes several times regarding implementation of reduced roi, but they are asking for some 0.5% of balance amount.in starting i have paid that amount also (2929 inr) for same roi reduced from 10.95 to 10.75, but surprisingly after 3 month it again raised to 10.95. I got benefitted of some around 500 inr at cost of 2929. I am confused and got irritate when emi my account monthly why i gone to canfin homes, probably there is no desk for tax payers help. Everybody wants to suck taxpayers. Now a days canfin homes offering roi at 8.95 at my category, but there is no reduction in my roi of 10.95 but is this bloody nonsense on account of silent clause in loan aggrement letter. I am feeling harrased and helpless in my own country, what aa achhe din?

            I have taken loan from Canfin lalbagh branch and I asked them to pay reduce interest rates and they are asking me to pay 0.5% service charges to avail new interest rates.
            I am getting confused why should I have to pay this amount to adjust interest rate is it government rules or it is canfincompany rule.Every time I am end up with paying extra money to adjust my loan interest rate.
            Can you please suggest me is there any way to adjust the loan interest rates without paying this extra money

              One of the worst service from nationalised bank canara bank.                 Can fin home loan does the worst we could expect from any loan offering bank.

                My father mr balam chand ramola who was the only working member in our family passed away 4 years back and he had an ongoing loan of 4 lac in the noida sector 1 branch which was in sector 18 earlier that i think was the worst mistake of our life.

                First of all no one contacted us for any installments when we went there we submit our contact details again and submitted post dated cheques for future installment payments.

                They cashed 2 cheques and lost all other cheques and finned us with ecs bounce charges and interest on installments for a whole year without even contacting us as they had lost our contact details too.

                They send us a notice after an year for payment at our address after which we went and got our ecs started from a different bank and payed all the fined which we were not even supposed to pay as it was them who lost all post dated cheques.

                All they did at that time was to apologize and still charge us with fines and increased interest.

                Due to some reason the esc too stopped and as always we were again not informed saying they did not have our contact details. Again the ecs bounce charges and extra interest is what we had to pay.

                The staff there is so no cooperative and was ready to put the blame on us for no reason. They did not know how they should be talking to a lady and were shouting like an illiterate when we tried to explain what happened and asked them to at least give us a waver as it was their mistake that they lost the cheques and not even informed us.

                After paying them an fd for rs-70000 and paying installments of rs - 5000 for 7 years the pending loan amount for a 4 lac loan is rs 3, 25, 000 which came down to 280000 in the year 2012 and after all the fines and increased interest its still rs 3, 25, 000 after paying an interest of 5000/month for 2 more years which is amazing.

                I am really surprised to see their calculation.in spite of having no major earning family member left in our family we are still managing to pay our installments and they being such ridiculous people are still trying to take advantage of our situation.

                One should listen to how they talk to you when you try and talk to them. They threaten you, talks so insensitively and doesn’t consider i[censored] are a lady in your 50's.

                This [censored] organization was the worst i ever come across. Definitely going to file a complaint in the consumer court against them! Please beware! They don’t know their jobs and don’t know how they should be talking to people.

                Even if i have to pay the full amount i atleast dont want anyone else to suffer like this.

                  Last Excess EMI deducted on 15/July/2016 for Loan A/c[protected],

                  After that with multiple followup i got chq of excess amount chq, and they said that within 15-20 days i can collect my documents.

                  But still no confirm date for document collection is given by your vashi branch.

                  Even 5 days back i called Vashi branch manager & notify that i receive EMI reminder msg even my Loan A/c is Closed, they told me that they already send closer request, but they again send it & EMI is not deducted.

                  But today (16/Aug/2016) EMI of Rs 27, 900/- is deducted for my Closed Loan A/c, And when i called Vashi Branch then their tone is rude and they said whenever my document is avl for collection that time i have to collect chq. Even till now there is no clear date for Document collection.

                  How many years i have to collect chq for extra EMI deducted from my A/c after loan closer.

                  Now i request to revert back extra EMI deducted for Closed Loan A/C from my ICICI Saving A/c within in 2 days. Bec i m not free to go and collect extra EMI chq everytime.

                  If any of my chq is bounce due to shortfall in balance (bec of extra EMI deducted 2nd time) then CAN FIN Homes have to pay bank charges of legal expense for the same.

                  Even they not provide any explanation why EMI deducted by ECS for Closed Loan A/c, It means may be next month again they deduct EMI for closed A/c.

                      My name is saridha. M and i have taken a housing loan in canfin homes karur last year. My loan account number is[protected].
                      In all the documents i have submitted (Like pan card, passport copy, bank statement, salary statement, company letters) are having my name as saridha. M.In the loan document also i have signed as saridha. M. But by mistake in loan document they have entered my name as saritha. M.

                      I am the tax payer and i wanted to correct my name in the document inorder to avail tax benefits. I was continuously asking and tracking this issue with the karur branch but no proper response from their side.

                      The bank suppose to verify all the documents and its information before providing the loan. The bank says they did for approving the loan. Then why this is missed is not clear for me.

                      Please take action on changing my name as per my records.

                        I took loan from Hyderabad branch and agents are asking 2.5% commission for home loans.
                        Please keep eye on Can fin home loans agents who is collecting processing fees from customers. Please be transparent on processing fee, bank charges etc.

                            I have applied for a home loan at Canfin Home loan – Nehru Place Delhi Branch on 26th Aug’14 and at the time of application assurance was been given by the Manger that my loan sanction time would max take 15-20 days. They have taken 2 cheques from us one of INR 26967 (Processing fee) INR 2000 (Advocate/valuer free) you will be surprised to know both the cheque got cleared the very next day and its been almost 1month 10 days we have not got any update on our loan status. Today when I contacted the Branch Manager he told me there was some problem with the map plan and loan cant be sanctioned. When I asked him to refund the processing fee he mentioned you will only get a part of that and for that you need to contact the head office. When I asked why part of it? His reply was from this we pay to the valuer and our employee who visited your property. I would like to understand firstly how can a bank charge the processing fee when loan has not been processed and got rejected. Secondly when they have already taken a cheque of INR 2000 as valuer then why again and why we have to pay to the employee?? Is Canfin not paying salary to their employee?? Is it not part of their job?? They are cheating customers. Can someone help in this regard.

                              We have taken loan from canfin homes ltd in Dec'11, they have debited an amount of Rs. 8000 in May'13 to our loan account. They have reduced ROI by 0.2% for 3 months and afterwards increased the same, and charged us Rs.8000 for the same and that to without our approval. We have not gone to them for reduction of charges, the bank does that on their own and then debited charges to our account without our consent. We have written mail to their complaint section but have not received any satisfactory reply from their side. I tried filling online complaint through banking ombudsman also, but name of Canfin homes is not showing anywhere.
