I am writing to formally complain about the repeated and unwarranted visits by your recovery/collection agent to my office in connection with my loan account.

Despite informing the agent that such visits to my workplace are inappropriate, I continue to face harassment, which is causing mental stress and affecting my professional reputation. The agent’s behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Someone used my aadhar card details to purchase a mobile phone in Mumbai using the Chola Investment Finance EMI on 02/02/2022.

The sanctioned amount was for Rs 20, 353.

I have my phone number [protected] registered with my Aadhar card. Now that scammer gave an alternate phone number along with my Aadhar card details for the OTP to complete the Authorization for the transaction went to his Alternate phone number. I was not even aware of this and also I have never visited Mumbai or any parts of Maharashtra ever.

A month after the finance was taken up, I did receive a call from your Customer service stating that I haven't paid the emi whereas I was surprised and unaware of any emi's like this. Your team found my primary phone number from my aadhar card details.

The main issue is that My aadhar card and the registered number is being accused of the defaulter here. In turn, my credit score is dipping down each month for the non payment of the emi to your finance. I have no role to play here.

Cholamandalam approved the emi loan without proper approval. There was a live picture taken during aadhar transaction and it was a different person than what is there in my aadhar card. How can Cholamandalam approve such a loan without proper documentation? This is a fraud company. I have contacted them many times for help however, they never helped.

You have to give an information that an agency has been formed in your place of such people who were already employed in your place and have been terminated, and the company had filed a legal case on this, after this X emp the State Head in Magma. This man was not doing anything, whose record is very good and he needs such people who can give him money from above, and he got this terminated employee hired on the position of Field Executive, this was for 10 months. Just did the job and a sum of Rs 1 crore was transferred to Etawah at that time zonal manager Sandeep Jain, who had come to magma from chola, as soon as Sandeep Jain came to know that Inderpal Singh Bhadauriya was on the position of Feed Executive, he immediately terminated him. Without his knowledge, he was placed on the position of Field Executive, and Chola was like this. The code of terminated emp was created and local branch head X emp is involved in it. Every day the local manager has a liquor party with him and takes money and all this is being done by x emp . Is a lot of money taken from the customer? Chola also condition magma in etawah Like, she wants Nandani Associates company to go bankrupt and has already taken out a lot of things and when X emp collects the goods then he takes them out of the company. My job is to give information, it is your job to take action because I have never earned the salt of this company. I have eaten so I can't look bad at this company.

Recently I have checked my CIBIL and got to know that there is a vehicle loan on my name of Rs. 6, 11, 053 without my knowledge. This loan is fake and it has been sanctioned by cholamandalam, this is a fraud by this company. Cholamandalam is using my details and giving loan to the people without my knowledge. I was unaware about this loan and have no clue about it. Kindly close this loan account which is attached to my name, without my consent....

I, Mr. Bijit Kr. Das a customer of your company having a refinance loan of my commercial vehicle of Registration No. AS01GC2966. At the time of loan agreement I asked the agent to set EMI date after 10th to 15th of every month. But he set it at his own decision on 5th of every month. This is why I am unable to pay the EMI on time. One of loan collection agent of your company named GOPESWAR KALITA (M. No. [protected]) has been harassing me and my family with his unethical language and threatening us saying that he will come to home with 4/5 people if I don't pay EMI on time. But I am paying EMI every month with late fine also. Today morning at 8.20AM he came to my home in the absence of me and bullying my mother and father with slang language. He also gives me threatening that he will bring some other man of your company to insult me before our neighbors. I felt very ashamed with his behavior before everyone surrounding me.
Please kindly look after the matter.

the company has not yet credited my money in my loan account and EMI is still hitting me from my bank, if i reject EMI then my bank will charge me for the return of the EMi.

Company's customer care is also not receive my call nor company's office staff.

As per the phone conversation to the CHOALA branch manager Mr. Vinoth and Mr. Krishnamoorthy were intimate 10 days ago. I have to pay another 65, 000 Rupees as closing charge of my loan account. I am not exactly sure, as per the RBI regulations closing charges are 2% only. They told me the closing charges are 4% of my Total loan amount. In the Sivakasi branch authorities behave as a Usury interest persons. I got a top-up loan from JM Housing Financial Ltd. I went to the CHOLA sivakasi branch on 28th August 2023 with the 16, 0000 (Sixteen Lakhs Cheque) and met Mr.Vinoth to pre-close my loan account. But he received the cheque on 16th september2023 only.In between i also pay the september month due with bounce charge. After a long period CHOLA sent the SMS for the receipt of Rs.16, 00, 000 dated on 09.10.2023. And Also receive SMS from CHOLA to pay the bounce charge for the October2023 month due. This is the processing procedure and dynamic effort of CHOLA? I am very disappointed from these experiences. Are any un-official orders from CHOLA sent to the branch heads to corner the pre-closure customers?. One of Branch head Mr Krishnamoorthy told me " I don't know any process about your loan Pre-closure and no one did not intimate me about your loan pre-closure process". and also he said "25 to 30 days for getting your original documents after making a payment of closing charges. But you mentioned in the mail only 7 to 11 working days to get the same.????????? Finally, Kindly I request you, to depute one CHOLA authority to find the status and intimate the clear statement of my loan pre-closure status. Also what is the % of Amount I have to pay as a closing charge. For the past 50 days I have been very irritated by the CHOLA sivakasi branch.

Pankaj Kumar Sah whose EMI is 20450 has given the money to TL Kundan sir is not giving the money after getting the receipt from me, on asking for money he is saying that he will not give, do whatever you want, please help me.

My monthly bike loan instalment of 6, 222 INR is scheduled to be deducted from my bank account on the 28th of every month. Unfortunately, due to month-end expenses, there were insufficient funds in my account, and I received a notification indicating that the payment could not be processed.

On the same day, I promptly made a manual payment through one of their applications called Gadi Bazar. Despite making this payment on the same day, I noticed that the lender added overdue charges amounting to 736 INR on the following day.

It appears that the lender intentionally schedules loan deductions at the end of the month, potentially leading to insufficient funds in many accounts and resulting in extra charges for borrowers. This practice can be burdensome, especially for middle-class individuals like myself.

I believe such actions may constitute unfair treatment by the lending institution, and it is concerning that this practice may go unnoticed or unaddressed.

2 years back, I bought the car (MPV) through bidding system, which was under Cholamandalam finance. I paind whole amount and got clearance certificate.

Cholamandalam company didn't help us to tried the change ownership of the car, we struggled alot and with additional charges in RTO we changed the ownership from old owner and now it maps to Cholamandalam finance company employee (Branch head).

Sir I have borrowed a active from your finance company I have paid my emis on time but your collection staff asked us to pay in cash but emi payment was to be paid through account but collection staff doesn't told as about this now you staff forcing as to pay 25000 why for what plz solve this problem as soon as possible

I got two wheeler loan at sathyamangalam branch, Erode. My due date is on 28th of every month, I'm paying it regularly but for few month on 2022 I was not able to pay on time. I paid bounce charge and the collection staff came for collection on 30th of those month and payment was made properly to him. But even after payment was done on 30th, cheque was again passed on 4th and bounce charge of 590 was made. While complaining about this to collection staff there is no proper response and even after I'm requesting him that i will pay it on bank before 4th, they are compelling us to pay on 30th itself by cash. Likewise bounce charge was doubled for every missed month and now they are saying us to pay around 21, 000 bounce charges for clearance.

Main complaint was even after the payment they are passing the cheque and charging us bounce charge. I have already complained about it. But there is no proper response.

Now it is the last final month of due while reaching the branch to talk about this problem they are saying us to pay this last month due then only they are ready to talk about this.

Finally I'm requesting you to clear this issue. For a single month missed payment even after the payment was made I'm paying around "Rs. 1770 bounce charge" which is half of my due payment. This is fake charge. Kindly clear this issue.

I settled my loan account on 5th June 2023.
And then I got msg from Noc section as go with Aathar card and collect the noc .But branch cashier and Managers are said till now noc not received. So I raised the query to noc team via sms. And then they give courier POD number. Then i tracked that POD number in online. It is delivered at Trichy on 9th June 2023. Why they are playing with me???? Why not given noc till now??

I have going to hosur branch but they not given to check and they called you go to Krishnagiri branch and getting to your check again I will return to Krishnagiri branch and getting to check

In same date evening 3'o clock I am going to bank and giving to check collection for my home branch

The bank manager was saying this check name spelling mistake so you have changed the new check. I will called to cholamandalam tirupathur branch staff arvavind to telling my problem but till the time they are responsible.

I have very mental upset for this problem
I am a lorry driver.i will not going driver duty for one month for this situation and loss one month salary
