I am writing to formally complain about the repeated and unwarranted visits by your recovery/collection agent to my office in connection with my loan account.

Recently I have checked my CIBIL and got to know that there is a vehicle loan on my name of Rs. 6, 11, 053 without my knowledge. This loan is fake and it has been sanctioned by cholamandalam, this is a fraud by this company. Cholamandalam is using my details and giving loan to the people without my knowledge. I was unaware about this loan and have no clue about it. Kindly close this loan account which is attached to my name, without my consent....

2 years back, I bought the car (MPV) through bidding system, which was under Cholamandalam finance. I paind whole amount and got clearance certificate.

Cholamandalam company didn't help us to tried the change ownership of the car, we struggled alot and with additional charges in RTO we changed the ownership from old owner and now it maps to Cholamandalam finance company employee (Branch head).

As you may recall, during the COVID-19 lockdown imposed by the government, several relaxations were announced to ease the financial burden on individuals. One such relaxation was the temporaray suspensions or relaxation of EMI payments. It was my understanding that, as per the government's directives, the EMI deductions from my account would be temporarily suspended for a few months.

This company is sucking money from middle class people who want to buy any vehicle by its clever terms and conditions.
Its monthly EMI date comes before the regular salary credit day that would be on 1st to 5th day of the month but they force the customer to pay their EMI on 28 th of the month which most of the people fail to do so and they charge a hefty 820 rs for every bounce charge apart from other charges. One of my uncle is a cab driver . He had purchased a car which was financed in 2019 through this chola (chor mandalam) finserv. Due to a lot of financial problems in the family .. Because of covid pandemic, he slipped the 3rd continuos installment . The road mafias of this chor mandalam caught his car and drove it to its ware house . He was in great trouble ..he was forced to take an informal loan ..from the market when we went to chor mandalams...
