Dear sir,
I hold a/c with the said bank - a/c[protected]. I have already linked aadhar card to my account see 1) as informed by bank officer2) i was getting lpg subsidy. This is not available unless aadhar card unlinked.
I gave application the bank to link aadhar card which is duly acknowledged on 17.09.2017and that time officer informed that aadhar is linked. Inspite of this i get sms dt 06.01.17on mobile to go the nearest branch and link otherwise a/c will be inactive. I am 68 years sr citizen. Instead of helping, this is just threatenng and harrassment. I have net banking. I tried to link aadahar card through net banking. Flashed message by bank - you can link aadhar card through net banking only once. We are in digital area as announcec by hon p. M.. And here is canara bank who say you can use net banking only once. Kindly give me email id of hon fin minister at centre to enable refer the matter of service gove bank. Thanking you

      My name mohammed safique and my account number is[protected] canara bank madikeri main branch. I have canceld a product in amazon for rs 6843 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 6843 has been initiated on 04 january 2018 and it will be credited to my account on 08th october 2018. Till now (09th january2018, i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number (443160) through mail. These are the messages received from amazon

      Your refund of rs.6843 has been processed successfully on 2018/01/03 17:25:00. The amount should reflect in your account by 1/8/2018.

      The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 443160.

      In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

      Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

        Sir, my account was debited for rs 1365/- on 1/01/2018 for amazon for 3 products. But i cancelled them and refund was initiated on the same day. Even after 1 week, there is no refund in my account. I contacted amazon customer service also.. They gave me reference no 556930, but it was not traceable by bank.           I had booked a room in (Golf hotel and suits) near cochin airport on
          24/08/17, vide booking id
          Htl717yhze and an amount rs 4662 had been paid through pu gateway through
          Transaction id [protected] dated 24/8/2017 by using canara bank debit card.

          Unfortunately due to technical problem the money has not been paid
          To you from the intermediate bank with stipulated time. There fore, i
          Could not avail the the hotel booking due to non receipt of money in to
          Your account. Where as an amount rs 4662/- got deducted from my canara
          Bank account.

            I deposited 6500₹ in canara bank girinagar branch but it is not credited to my account i visited the branch 3-4 times but still no use. I hope canara will solve my problem.

              I purchased a mobile phone from amazon but it was not working properly, so i returned it and requested for refund to my account. They say that the refund of rs. 6998 was processed on 27th december 2017 vide reference no[protected]. The amount has not been credited to my account till now as it was confirmed by the bank. I request you to look into the matter and see that the amount is credited to my account.

                In this connection the Bank Manager has taken keen interest to solve the issue.
                But the bangalore Office rejected this complaint. All relevant mail in this connection lies with canara Bank Kongad.Please see the attachment be, ow.

                I have made transaction TODAY canara bank to bank of baroda Rupees 10000. AMOUNT has been deducted my canara bank account. Bank of baroda has reversed the ammout some reason but canara bank not updated my account till...Suresh KUMAR SRIVASTAVA Account number[protected]

When i go for passbook entry many time system not working properly and the bank staff not responed properly and when i complain for this matter for manager they not clear my matter properly and when i say complain for your senior they can laughing.                       Greetings of the day!!

                      Myself kamlo devi w/o late pratap singh want to inform you that on 14th sep 2017 around 1:00pm i received a call from mobile no. [protected] which introduced herself branch manager of canara bank
                      And asked me to deposit the loan amount which is taken in 2014.
                      (Canara branch details and address v. + p. Puth khas distt. Meerut state uttar pradesh pin-250502 ifsc code: cnrb0004272
                      Micr code:[protected] branch code: 004272)
                      By knowing this i got shocked because i has never applied for the bank loan from your or any other bank.
                      On 15th sep 2017 i reached canara bank pooth khas with my aadhar card and pan card and requested the authorities to tell me about the matter in brief that of which loan they are talking to me on phone.
                      After seeing me the manager and the field officer got shocked i am unable to know the reason of their reaction. I keep requesting but they didn’t tolded me anything. Then the customer present their supported me and requested the bank authorities to explain me why they called me about loan.

                      Then they tolded me that in 2014 the loan of rs.1, 40, 000 is given by our branch on your name but the photo is not yours and the lady in the photo is too young then you.

                      • the bank authority has open a fake account.
                      • they has not taken aadhar card and pan card. They having only vote id card having someone other photo.
                      • then they issued kissan credit card on my field land without my knowledge and information and gurantee. Even no verification is done from my village peoples or pradhan or on my land.
                      • the field officer is responsible for such fraud matter and the present manager. It should be verified by the field officer that where you have verified the lady the place should be spotted. What is my fault the bank manager and the field officer and the other members involved in this matter are responsible. The guarantees should be asked to pay that fraud amount or to address that all team who done this fraud.
                      The present bank manager mamta agarwal is pressurizing me mentally to pay the loan.

                      Respected sir my age is around 80 years. Being a widow i request to arrange a team for cross verification from pooth khas manager and field manager regarding this matter and make me free by all this.in this regard i will be with you anytime you need me i will be their.
                      Such cases hurts your bank goodwill and brakes customer faith.

                            Hello, i ordered something online on amazon & chose to go for net banking like i normally do; after the payment was made, and the money being deducted from my account, i got a message that the payment has been failed. I ended up cancelling the order on amazon thinking i will start fresh.

                            I contacted amazon to look into this & they want to get in touch with the bank.

                              Unable to withdraw money from my account in spite of linking it with aadhar card. Approached a bank for further inquiry after a tiring search, they claim that the bank account is dormant and asked us to approach the home branch. I find this absurd as there were no intimations.

                              Would line to bring this to notice and apply for compensation, willing to take necessary steps.

                                My account is in canara bank sndt branch and my balance has been deducted since last 3 days! The msg sent to mw says that its a msg regarding minimal balance as the balance m having in my account now is 752. Daily 20 rupees from my account is been deducted. Just a msg comes to my number which says that my account balance has gone below minimal balance. So, kindly help me with it. Why is my. Money being deducted???

                                  I have lost my canara bank atm card today at champhai vengthlang, mizoram.
                                  My saving bank account number is[protected], champhai branch, champhai, mizoram.
                                  I don't know my card number so i kindly and urgently requested to block my atm card as soon as possible.

                                    30/12/2017 saturday my son sajeev. P v (A/c no:[protected] has gone the bank after 3:00 clock to give a complaint for loss on atm card. But the bank staff sukumaran sir has told "the account will be cancelled so come with your father and meet me". My son has also take education loan using this bank account. I don't know, how can they cancelled it?. We go to the bank the he told to come with monday. But i informed him, my son has been going join his new job in coimbatore on monday. But the staff did not hear my words and misbehaved with me. I don't know, why they treating the customers like this...??.
                                    Is this way canara bank teach the staff to treat the customers?.
