      I had ordered a SD card using Max get more points and it was not delivered
      Ref no: CABG/MX/1945722. I had complained regarding the same but no action was taken. Further when I called it was told that the product was lost during delivery. The order was placed on 15 Aug 2016. Please return the amount paid or else give the product. Furthermore improve your customer support please.

        They said you have to complete 10000 captcha with 90% accuracy and within 10 days. But automatically after the count of 160 it turns to 0. How could it be possible then to complete 10000 captchas and how one can do. The company is literally a fraud company. Till the time i hadn't received call they were calling me again and again and once call received registration done they are rejecting the call or ignoring it.

          In 19feb2019 i do recharge of airtel operator, amount399 with some points and some money and u site shows me a successful recharge but airtel operator say in 19 feb recharge can't successful. And i don complaint about this issue in max get more.. They take much more time till 6 march and miss pallivi say me through mail ur recharge has been successfully.. Contact ur operator and operator say recharge can't successful in this date. And plz roll back my points and money.. U loose my trust...

            I did videocon d2h recharge through maxgetmore app which is also my registered no. On maxgetmore by using 1512 points (Worth of 378 rupees). The part payment was done by the points earned of rs 378 but failed. The transaction showed as unsuccessful and the point amount was also not credited to my account no. I took up the matter with them and they said initially 7 working days but evn after 7 working days no response from them, now they are saying like wait for few more days (No approx time). Maxgetmore was unsupportive and after writing to them numerous times, i am still awaiting an resolution.

                I did a airtel recharge through maxgetmore website. The part payment was done by the points earned and partly by my credit card. The transaction showed as successful, however the recharge amount was not credited to my mobile no. I took up the matter with them. They asked me to check with airtel. Airtel was unable to trace the transaction and asked to get back to maxgetmore. Maxgetmore was unsupportive and after writing to them numerous times, i am still awaiting an resolution.

                  Hi,

                  I have done debit card transaction on 13th and 14th of MAY month 2018. REWARDZ Points are not credited to my state bank rewards points.

                  I have complained about the same in [protected]@statebankrewardz.com and it has been escalated to further, complaint number 61874 on 2nd June 2018 and advised me to wait for 7 working days. Later I have contacted them many times and asked about the status but they are not clear and not confirming when it will be resolved.

                  Initially they told me to wait till 20th August for the technical updation and now they are not sure about the issue.

                  I request you to sort it out and resolve as soon as possible

                    Dear sir
                    Its sorry to say that i had complained by calling customer care many times (Complain id:-[protected]) that i am unable to sign up for bank of india rewards. Its more than 90 days but my complain is still unresolved. The customer care every time say please wait for 7 days. I am very frustated now. Because customer keeps saying to wait and wait.
                    When i am trying to sign up via website it gives me error that an otp has been shot on your registered email id missing_profile.
                    Please enter otp in the box below. But i never recieved otp
                    And when i try to register through boi star rewards application it gives me error that no mobile number available kindly update your mobile number and please try again.
                    But my mobile number and email id is already updated with the bank.

Its more than 45 days but my complain is still unresolved. The customer care every time say please wait for 7 days. I am very frustated now.

                            Hello everyone

                            I'm param nimawat. I recharge my mobile number on 29 oct 2016 but unfortunately recharge was failed but payment was debit to my bank account. I submit my my complaint. Customer excutive said that if you recharge failed payment is credit in your account within 7 working days. I wait.

                            After 7 working i check my bank statement amout was not credit. I again call to max get more customer care number. They said that please 4 working days because we have lot of work right now. I wait.

                            After 4 working days. I again call to customer care. Now i register my complaint. Complaint number - [protected]. They said please again 7 working days. Our team will work on this issue. I wait again 7 working days.
                            After that my refund is not done. I call again. This time i'm very angry. Customer excutive said that please mail us [protected]@maxgetmore.com i mail many time but reply not received. I ask them on twitter but where is also reply not received. It's completely fake site. I'm totally trouble from this issue. Guys please do not use this app. I also attach a screen shot of mail.

                              I booked an air costa flight ticket through max get more site for a date on 12th oct 2016. I got a call from air costa almost 15 days back that they've cancelled that flight for that date. So, i tried calling these people to customer care - waited for almost 10 minutes on 2 separate occasions on the call and the call ended automatically. So, i sent them email and also a feedback email through their android app. Still, they didn't respond.

                                I recharged from maxgetmore on 29/04/16 on idea no. [protected] of rs. 150. My 500 points were deducted from anmol central bank of india debit card account. Recharge didn't happen. No response after i mailed to [protected]@maxgetmore.com. I mailed several times. Please let the recharge be done at the earliest. My 151 points deducted as well as rest amount rs. 84.70 also deducted from my a/c vide debit card. Recharge didn't happen till date. No response after I mailed to [protected]@maxgetmore.com.
