Canara Bank — Canmobile app-amount not refunded

I have done a mobile top for rs 200/- through canmobile on 14-3-17 (Transaction no.[protected] and for rs 100/-. On[protected]Transaction no.[protected]. I received a message topup transaction successful. But my mobile account is not updated.
I have contacted the tollfree complaint number was told that it will be refunded in three working days. But the amount is not credited.
