Canara Bank — Change of mobile number for otp | |||||
Name -srikumar ravindranath branch canara bank, versova branch, nre ac no.[protected] i needed a change of phone number as i have changed my job and otp was going to my old companys number, after having given all details in the bank register for change of the sms number . I have been insulted and irritated by the customer service staff of versova bank . I have 2 accounts but i want change in only one as payments our made from my nre account.. But she is shouting and insisting that i come tomorrow again in morning. We have only time for bank work now in india... Why i cannot get my number changed and if anything was required i could have been asked for the details when i visited the bank today. I am really upset with the tone and manner in which the customer service lady spoke and have personnally seen her talking in an insulting manner in the branch i want my number changed asap. And for your information she threatened me the work will be kept pending. I am not taking this lightly and will take this up and take the most stringent step Was this information helpful? | |||||
