Canara Bank — Deficiency of service and ill treatment to customer along with humiliation and insult to customer | |||||
Sir On 07.03.2017 at about 1.40pm i went to canara bank, loco more burdwan to inquire about my atm card for which i have applied 3months ago. But the bank manager asked me to come after 30 april. I requested to him to give me the atm card as soon as possible. He daid he would serve the new application, and not bother aaaabout old applications of 3 months ago. When i asked him about the reason for this he became very angry, and said he would not give me any service from this bank and would block my account and asked me to contact other banks which is a serious defficiency of service. He is angry short tempered person. When i asked the manager to show me any reason (Notification, circular etc for higher authority), he humiliated insulted and illtreated me. Therfore i pray, before your goodself to take appropriate steps against the bank manager/officer so that i get my redressal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
