Canara Bank — delay in the reverse credit entry

An amount of rs.3759 got debited on 2/2/2018 whereas my beneficiary's a/c didn't get corresponding credit. Payment was made via dedit card. Till date i have not received reverse credit. Kindly set right the problem at the earliest. I didn't expect that a renowned bank as yours would take such a long time to givea reverse credit entry. Do the needful and enable receive my credit entry this week.
