[Resolved] Canara Bank — Didn't get my refund which is processed by Amazon | |
My name is Anjali Parmar and my account no. is[protected] I purchased a product on amazon on 7th January 2022 using my canara bank debit card Then I returned the product and then they processed my refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 2 feb 2022 which automatically get reflect on my account in 4 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as well 74332742033203268184860 . I had contacted your customer service number and also contacted to Ghanta Ghar Bhiwani Branch of Canara Bank still there is no proper response as they denied that there's no amount hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman. Was this information helpful? | |
