I want to bring notice that somawati khah having ac. No.[protected] is having widow pension fund with canara bank uttam nagar branch. She is a senior citizen more than 80 years old So cannot go personally to the bank for withdrawal of the amount from the last 4 months. She is not provided any debit card or cheque book and is not fit to go to bank for withdrawing the amount. She is suffering as she is not having money now for medicines as well. We approached the branch manager of the bank multiple times and even called him but he is not helping at all and asking her to come personally for the withdrawal of amount. Also called customer care for door step services but they also denied just provided the above email-id.. I therefore request you to provide door step services to her at the earliest so that she will get money to survive. Waiting for positive response from you. Was this information helpful? | |
