Canara Bank — neglect of service & damage to assets | |||
Employee working in canara bank Has shown negligence in responding to customer. He keeps customer to wait for long duration. If we ask him why he are you making us to wait, the reply given by him is 'if you have any urgency please goto other banks'. This was the rude reply given by him. This is not the first time. Many of them are same issues. Also, the new trend is damaging assest (Gold). This has become common in canara bank. They show their frustration on gold items. They will bend the gold bangle. I have faced this issue 3 times. Despite of complaining this to manager, they have taken no such remedies to sort it out. If they are suggesting to goto other bank, them what is the use of canara bank? We are keeping our asset as a safety in bank. If there is np safety, why the bank is there? I guess bank employees are expecting some bribe to work on those stuffs. This type of issues are faced by many people. If this continues, i guess canarabank will be in history as sbm. Hi sir I m from ulhasnagar last month I finish my pass book I demand for new book but they r told me we don't have new passbook in stock . They r telling me since last month till today we don't have new pass book wait for more 15 days
