Canara Bank — Net (mobile) banking problem

Dated 16.01.2017 ( ACN:[protected], Anish kumar )) used the Net Banking Service(IMPS) and Transfer the amount Rs 499 to my friend account ( ACN:[protected], IFSC CODE :- BKDN0921693, Tribhuwan kumar yadav).But the amount not credited to his account. and also me not receive the any message, status of this transaction. But from my account Rs. 499 Debited. Kindly I request you to please look into this on priority and help me out.and please re credited that amount to my account as soon as possible.
