Canara Bank — regarding ecs charger | |||
Canara bank, alipore branch kolkata west bengal It is noticed that from my sb a/c statement of 8th feb 2019; the ecs mndt chrg of rs. 177.00 debited to my sb a/c four times. There is no prior communication from bank and local officials are not aware of these transaction. This is a violation of rbi guidelines on ecs transfer. I would like to register a complaint on canara bank on this subject and take necessary step to reverse the entries and direct the concern not to deviate the rbi rule and trouble the customer.
