Canara Bank — Unauthorised charges deduct on behalf of ES mandate

Bank deduct the amount on the name of -ecs mandate sc sb sc for ecs mandate but at the time of filling es mandate form, there was occuring a problem and showing session expired then why the bank deduct the amount 11 times form my bank account.
