Canara Bank — welcome kit not received by email id

I am manisha chouhan, and i open my account in tikri kalan baranch through online. After submission application, a window opened "i have sent then welcome kit to your email id".
But till date i have not recieved any welcome kit from canera bank, tikri kalan.

I received this message. But I didn't do any Transaction today.
