I subscribed to Smart Sanchay Plan - Group Insurance of Canara HSBC Life Insurance Co Ltd on 05.12.2013 Policy No.SS[protected]. As per the requirement of the policy i paid premiums for 5 years (i.e, from 2013 to 2017). The insurer refunded one preimum to somebody's bank account and asked me to pay premium again. As I have strongly proved non-receipt of premium with evidence, they finally refunded the premium Rs.6, 112.50 into my account on 13th January 2023. Then I paid the repaid the refunded premium of Rs.6, 112.5 on 31st January 2023. They rejected the premium saying that the premium is short. As per telecom had with them I agains repaid the premium amount Rs.6, 135 and requested them to reinstate my policy. They accepted the premium but rejected to reinstate the policy.
