I subscribed to Smart Sanchay Plan - Group Insurance of Canara HSBC Life Insurance Co Ltd on 05.12.2013 Policy No.SS[protected]. As per the requirement of the policy i paid premiums for 5 years (i.e, from 2013 to 2017). The insurer refunded one preimum to somebody's bank account and asked me to pay premium again. As I have strongly proved non-receipt of premium with evidence, they finally refunded the premium Rs.6, 112.50 into my account...
