My travel in your service from mumbai to mangalore was interrupted for nearly 2 hrs and still is as i write. The apparent reason was that the fuel got over. They had to refuel in the middle of the road with great difficulty. It is such a long journey and we would like it to be smooth and seamless. Please make sure your staff are better trained.
