Me & My family were on vacation at manali and we visited club house where this company was promoting themselves by giving away lucky draw gift vouchers we won one of them and they took us to there office on 1st floor for there membership presentation. They explained everything about their membership of 1, 25, 000₹ we showed our interest and bought the membership through debit card EMI process in which they offered us 36 months of tenure but next day we received a mail from our bank of this transaction in which the EMI period was of 12 months with 3 different transactions of 50, 000, 50, 000 and 25, 000 and we contacted the staff which we bought our membership from and informed them about our issue they said we will receive a call from their accounts management side in a day or two for the necessary changes to 36 months but we didn't receive any call even after a week and we are not getting any response from their toll free number customer care and noida office number.

They made promises of best services while pitching their membership and also told that if you are not satisfied with our services you are free to cancel it within 45 days. But there are no such services provided to us and we are experiencing worst service from their side
