They had offered a package with some advantages and i got in their trap and paid 45000 for 5 years/alt membership

Converted the amount to emi, still its going sadly!
Is there anyway to get the money back??

Me & My family were on vacation at manali and we visited club house where this company was promoting themselves by giving away lucky draw gift vouchers we won one of them and they took us to there office on 1st floor for there membership presentation. They explained everything about their membership of 1, 55, 000₹ we showed our interest and bought the membership through debit card EMI process in which they offered us 36 months of tenure but next day we received a mail from our bank of this transaction in which the EMI period was of 12 months with 3 different transactions of 50, 000, 50, 000 and 25, 000 and we contacted the staff which we bought our membership from and informed them about our issue they said we will receive a call from their accounts management side in a day or two for the necessary changes to 36 months but we didn't receive any call even after a week and we are not getting any response from their toll free number customer care and noida office number.

They made promises of best services while pitching their membership and also told that if you are not satisfied with our services you are free to cancel it within 45 days. But there are no such services provided to us and we are experiencing worst service from their side

While purchasing the package we were promised that we can rent out our days when ever we can and now we are trying to rent it out. The person who sold us the package is not receiving calls anymore and is not ready to cooperate and is telling to give more ₹8000 in the name of AMC. We bought the one year package of ₹1, 12, 000.
We have been looted in the name of package.

Hello everyone please be cautious with canaves continent resorts Pvt Ltd. We visited Manali in June 2023 i.e 17 to 22. One day we visited hidimba temple there few people approached us with holiday packages for 5, 10 years. There names are Rahul kashyap, Abhishek Verma.

They explained few packages overall world.They said like take a complimentary service if that is not good and the service is not good they said like we can opt out from the membership.

I am calling them from 1 month for booking no one is responding and there email and there numbers are not working. After few days I saw lot of complaints on this canaves holidays. I understood that i got cheated.

I paid 1.65L amount please be cautious everyone.

This kind of people are spoiling the beautiful place manali.

Please help in finding them.

I visited a clubhouse in Manali on[protected], where a canaves agent approached us for a lucky draw. One of the lucky card showed some reward and they took us to their office, where they explained to us the tour package for 10 years, for which I have to pay 1, 45, 000/- ( 1, 30, 000/- + 15, 000/- as an administrative fee). they used my debit card emi and took 30000rs+ 3000 interest). One thing they promised was that, if we don't like their service, they will refund the full amount within 45 days. and if we don't have a specific reason to give, they will deduct 15000/- and refund the rest. but within a week, everything changed. they spoke very rudely when we contacted for a cancellation. I was forced to take a free trail in order to get my cancellation. but that was a trap, after trial, they said I cant cancel it. I even told them to deduct the administrative amount (15k) and refund the rest. they stopped replying to my calls, emails etc. for the last three months I have been constantly trying to get in touch with them..but no use. i hope i get justice.
