Hi,

We have bought geyser about 3 months back (October) from flipkart. Item worked for 10 days and after that stopped working, so we raised complaint against it on 1st november, we got reply that to contact vijayawada customer service person and we contacted service person and he said he will replace the item. He kept on telling stories (Out of station, not well etc stories) and did not replace or repair till date. After following too many times no person reached us from company side.
